What should I expect at my first session?
-
Expect to have a short confidential intake. We can discuss treatment goals, past injuries and current health conditions. I will answer any questions you have before we begin the session.

How often should I receive a massage treatment?
-
Every person has individualized needs, so there is no definite amount of massage one should get. However, most people wait about 2 weeks too long to get a massage, which can lead to pain patterns increasing and injury recurrence. I have clients with chronic injuries that receive weekly massages. I also have clients that are looking for a monthly maintenance and relaxation session.
