My Philosophy

"I believe that massage has a healing component that can promote well-being in all individuals...physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally.  Massage is a conduit for balance in the body that initiates a meditative and reflective sense of calm in all who search for a deeper level of existence.

I think of the body as an open canvas of colors. As a massage therapist, I get to rearrange these colors to create fluidity and harmony within the body...similar to writing words on a page, arranging notes in a song, brushstrokes in a painting.  Massage is truly an art form."
